Celebrity trainer tips for your diet

Published on November 29, 2011 by Celebrity Diet Daily   ·   No Comments

Here are some diet tips that might come in handy once you’re about to have something to eat:

“Give yourself one meal a day to indulge. Make sure that the meal is worth it. Don’t take on unnecessary pounds by piking at snacks like pretzels and candy canes just because they’re there.” (Bobby Storm, worked with Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds)

“Schedule your training sessions early in the morning with a workout buddy. Also mentally prepare yourself for parties; try thinking along the lines of “I will not gain weight” instead of “I will work off the weight.” (Gunnar Peterson, works with  Kim Kardashian and Sofia Vergara)

“Indulge only in treats that are homemade–you’ll be surprised at how much pre-packaged treats this process eliminates.” (Mandy Ingber, works with Helen Hunt, Jennifer Aniston)

“Modify your menu, there’s always a healthier option. Multitasking is also important–use washing clothes as an excuse to do sit ups and do 50 crunches before starting your day.” (Andrea Orbeck, works with Victoria’s Secret Angels)
