Jessica Simpson’s pre-wedding exercise routine

Jessica Simpson is wondering why the press is interested in her working out. She has recently hired Gwyneth Paltrow’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, in order to help her get in shape for her wedding.

“Yes, I am working out, but why is that worth any sorta press? I always take care of myself. Eric and I could get married right now in sweats!” Jesica tweets. Tracy tells US Weekly that Jessica works out for four times each week, with each session lasting up to 75 minutes.

Tracy adds that Jessica is “in the mindset that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift.”
