Sheryl Crow writes cook book for cancer patients

Sheryl Crow discovered that she had breast cancer at the age of 44. This sends the rock star searching for a healthier lifestyle that would help her deal with the disease.

After completing her breast cancer treatment the previous year and having adopted two boys, Levi and Wyatt, Crow is now on a quest in search of a healthier diet. Her cookbook entitled If It Makes You Healthy, co-authored with her Chuck White, her personal chef, showcases different recipes that feature anti-cancer ingredients that promote long life.

Crow’s cook book has already gotten mixed opinions and reviews, especially from vegetarians and vegans looking for tasty health recipes.
