Some secrets about Jillian Michael’s diet

You’ve seen her everywhere. But did you know there are some hidden facts about celebrity trainer Jillian Michael’s diet? If you’re still kept in the dark, well here they are:

1. Jillian is a vegetarian not because she believes meat is bad for your health. Rather, the trainer feels sorry for the animals.

2. Instead of using a measuring tape, Jillian uses her jeans as a gauge on her waistline.

3. She still takes in about 2,000 calories a day.

4. Jillian assigns a meal (or a snack’s) nutritiousness with a scale of one to ten (one being nutritious). She doesn’t eat number sixes and above.
