As a ballerina in Black Swan, actress Mila Kunis reportedly trained for four hours everyday for seven months. The result? She lost an amazing 20 lbs!
It wasn’t easy, however. In fact, the actress says that:
“It took me five months to lose weight, but just five days to gain it all back. Baths saved me. It’s what I looked forward to every night — a bath, with Epsom salts and a glass of wine. I dislocated my shoulder two weeks before production; in the first month of rehearsal I tore my calf ligament. I have scars. Everybody had injuries. But an opportunity like this very rarely comes about. You feel like a baby if you make a fuss.”
