Always been known for having a sexy, toned body, singer Britney Spears is still getting her act together both mentally and physically. Right now, the singer’s personal trainer Derek DeGrazio says that:
“I’m training her like an athlete because when she’s on tour, she’ll perform like an athlete.
Unlike other athletes, however, the singer has a 1,500 daily calorie diet. The singer also has a few rules concerning her weight loss plan:
1. Never look at a scale.
2. Never call her new eating plan a diet
3. No exercise on Sunday (cheat day)
