So which diet plan tops out all of the rest? According to Consumer Reports, it’s Jenny Craig’s. Results from Consumer Reports’ two-year study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, show that almost 92 percent of their participants were able to slug it out with the JC diet for the entire research duration.
The same participants were also able to lose an average of 8 percent their original weight throughout the entire 2 years of study.
The only problem is participants in the study had their diet programs spoon-fed to them, unlike in the real world where people have to shell out their own money to eat healthy, use the gym and pay nutritionist consultation fees.
