After giving birth just this May, Amy Adams looks even better. Though she already has lost much of that baby weight, Adams did it in such a quick way that leaves us quite confused? So how did she do it?
Pole dancing.
Adams has this to say about it: “Some mum friends said it’s a good way to lose the baby weight… and I’ll do anything to get off that treadmill.”
Yes, she doesn’t like running on gym equipment so she took up pole dancing. Though she’s lost pounds however, she admits that she really isn’t concerned about her body.
“Women can be really hard on one another about weight… I’m pretty comfortable with my body and I was comfortable with the weigh gain,” Adams said.
In fact, Amy thinks that if your bones show in your shoulders, you’re too skinny.
