Bethanny Frankel was just named as Fitness Magazine’s Best Body After Pregnancy. Why? Well, that’s because she lost 29 pounds in just 21 days after giving birth! That’s why.
Frankel confessed that she was motivated to stick to a healthy diet even though she was craving to overeat during her pregnancy.
“Most people treat pregnancy like the big binge, and then they can’t take the excess weight off so they go on a crash diet,” Frankel explains. “I didn’t listen to anyone; I knew I was going to do it my way.”
After giving birth, Frankel already hit yoga as soon as she possibly could.
“I do it two to three times a week.”
She also went for walks and worked the elliptical bike as often as possible.
