Staying Slim and Sexy with Jennifer Hudson

We already know a lot about Jennifer Hudson’s journey to fitness. From American Idol to the spokesperson of weight watchers, you can see almost everywhere that she’s dropped them pounds.

Currently, however, the star is keeping all of those weight off. Why, you ask? Apparently it’s because of her son.

“I can’t wait to perform again,” Jennifer says, “I want to be a good role model to my son.”

Despite being fit, however, Jennifer admits that she’s still getting used to seeing photos of her new body—even till today. After all, experiencing a significant weight loss is a remarkable achievement.

“I do like change and seeing a difference each and every week… but I do like where I am,” she adds.

Now that’s just into maintaining her weight, Jennifer’s diet has become a bit less restrictive. In fact, she’s already reintroduced ice cream to her diet.

“For years I felt like I could never have ice cream, but I can eat ice cream occasionally now.”
