Healthy Foods Kate Gosselin Loves

For a 35-year-old mom, Kate Gosselin sure knows how to look sexy. After all, the media just couldn’t satiate their hunger for the reality star’s look on Dancing with the Stars.

That said, Kate weighs a sexy 130 pounds.

“I’ve worked really hard! Haven’t I earned the right, at this point, to look good? I’m waiting for Mr. Right. It would be nice if somebody noticed me, sure!”

Aside from running daily, Kate also has a healthy diet as well. In fact, here are a few things the star loves:

Egg whites and feta cheese

Hummus and Baba Ganoush

Low fat cottage cheese and sunflower seeds and almonds

Fig Newtons
