Singer and actress Ashley Tisdale loves to eat. And her colleagues from Hellcats can attest to that. Though she’s got an appetite, the 25-year-old looks even better now.
So how does she do it? The singer burns a lot of calories by going to the gym—as much as possible.
“I eat a lot of food,” Ashley says. “The guys are like, ‘You eat more than we do!’ It’s kind of crazy. I eat food for the energy, and obviously I have to eat a lot because I’m burning so much.”
Surprisingly, though, Ashley’s diet consists of six meals a day. However, she avoids eating carbs that aren’t good for her. Instead, she goes for hummus, celery, apples, and healthy meat. Though she’s got a healthy diet, Ashley admits that she wouldn’t let go of coffee.
“Coffee! Folger’s, actually, with Coffee Mate. It’s the one thing I just can’t give up,” the singer admits.
Though she looks great, the actress admits that all of what she does is not all about weight loss. Rather, its about feeling good about herself.
