Carrie Underwood’s “Hot Legs” Workout

Country singer Carrie Underwood has made a lot of lifestyle changes since she won American Idol. After becoming hockey player Mike Fisher’s wife, she’s now planning to get back in great shape.

And that is where trainer Tony Greco comes into the picture. Greco explains that Carrie does a 45 minute workout session which involves walking lunges and jumping squats. On top of that, she also varies her workout so her muscles wouldn’t adapt. It’s less boring as well.

“She trains like a pro athlete,” Greco says. “She’s very competitive.”
