Getting married just this weekend, Hilary Duff sure worked hard just to get her body in great shape. In fact, the actress sought the help of celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak.
Pasternak put Duff into his 5-Factor Diet program. The program had Duff do cardio sessions five days a week. She also underwent circuit training so she could tone her body down.
“Each workout starts with a cardio warm up of jump rope and jogging, then we do a circuit of upper body, lower body and abdominals. We go through each exercise and do about 25 reps. We’ll repeat that circuit about four times and then end with cardio at the end,” said Pasternak.
Pasternak also modified Duff’s diet. Before her wedding day, the actress’ diet included salads, egg white omelets, and miso black cod (Duff’s favorite).
“She’s really noticed a huge difference, practically all over. She looks phenomenal. We trimmed her midsection, so it will be tight. Her arms look amazing,” Pasternak said.
