Carrie Underwood’s Soon-to-be-Married Diet

The fabulous Carrie Underwood has just married hockey star Mike Fisher last Saturday. And guess what? She looked gorgeous. Her secret: a “soon-to-be-married” diet and workout routine.

To get her in shape, Carrie went vegetarian. She also had a workout routine that featured weight training and cardio—which she admitted that she loved doing.

“My favorite thing is cardio. […]It helps the pounds melt off and it gives me so much more energy. Now when I’m performing and running around the stage, it’s no big deal, whereas before I was gasping for breath.”

She also has a diet journal so she could keep track of what she eats.

“I discovered that writing down everything I eat makes such a difference, because you never realize how much you’re consuming unless you read it later in the day,” told Carrie.
