Jessica Biel’s diet has finally been released to the rest of the world. Her secret? No sugar, no bread, and no dairy. Biel even says that they’re “the worst!” However, Jessica still has a “cheating” Sunday where she eats everything that she wants.
“When I’m working and I eat healthily all week, I then give myself one day — usually Sunday — when I just eat what I want. You have to, otherwise your mind goes a little nutso,” commented Biel.
Still, to keep her sexy body, discipline and sacrifices are still in order. This includes exercising every day. So whether she be hitting the gym, doing yoga, swimming or hiking, Jessica manages a very active lifestyle. And like all celebrities, Jessica can’t do all of that without the help of her personal trainer, Jason Walsh.
“I have an amazing trainer, Jason Walsh, who I work with two or three times a week. We do lots of circuit and strength training, especially for my legs and my back, because it’s quite weak from years of gymnastics,” Biel added.
