Lady Gaga has just revealed what she eats. At last, it’s time to put speculations on whether she takes baby food or not could be put to rest.
In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, Gaga explains that:
“I’m on a very strict healthy pop star diet. I don’t eat bread, just vegetables and salad and fish. Eating like that is much better for me anyway but on Sundays I sometimes eat pasta,” the singer revealed.
Harley Pasternak, a celebrity trainer who takes care of the singer’s travel plans says that Gaga’s pop star diet is basically a 5-step plan:
- A 5-factor workout (created by Pasternak) using a dumbbell and barbell combo.
- A 5-minute warm-up.
- Three exercises targeted at different areas of the body.
- Another 5 minutes skipping rope.
- Eat healthy foods.
With all that said, anybody want some baby food?
