Paris Hilton’s Parents are Being Sued by Herbalife

Weight loss company bosses have started suing Rick and Kathy Hilton, Paris Hilton’s parents, for reportedly receiving royalties from a product line that was already axed back in 2002.

Herbalife International chiefs have already filed paper against the two on Tuesday. They were claiming that royalties were being payed “erroneously.”

The company backed the Hiltons with the alleged product line back in the 1990s. In 1992, the Hiltons gave services to Herbalife for a bid to launch weightloss products.

Though the items were already discontinued in 2002, the Hiltons, however, have allegedly been receiving royalties since then. That said, Herbalife is now battling to get their cash back.
