Weight Watchers signs Jennifer Hudson

She has been eating sensibly and following the Weight Watchers points plan and also working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

Hudson, who is believed to have lost a total of 56lbs, recently said: ‘It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet.

‘I don’t really diet as such. I actually get up and work hard every day.

‘I make sure I eat right and just make sure I stay focused. It is about being consistent and sticking with it.’

Weight Watcher ads featuring Hudson have begun airing.

Hudson will also put her new slimline figure to use shortly when she begins filming her new role soon as Winnie Mandela, the former wife of South African President Nelson Mandela.
